This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on Affilio by Sponso®. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and have outlined clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
2. Subscription Plans
Affilio offers the following subscription plans for creators:
- Free Plan: No payment required, 50% commission share
- Basic Monthly: ₹49/month, 80% commission share
- Pro Monthly: ₹99/month, 100% commission with your own affiliate tag
- Pro Yearly: ₹1,100/year, 100% commission with your own affiliate tag
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After expiry, your account will revert to the Free plan (50% commission share)
- Your affiliate tag will be replaced with the Affilio tag upon expiry
- All your products and profile data will be retained
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription from your Dashboard or by contacting our support team.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing service access that cannot be resolved
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Service not delivered as described
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Change of mind after using the service
- Account suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Partial month/year usage requests
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Email us at support@sponso.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID / Payment reference
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Decision: You will receive an email with approval or denial of refund
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account (5-7 business days)
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used (5-10 business days)
- Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet (2-3 business days)
Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider and may vary.
7. Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial usage periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
8. Subscription Renewal
Important information about subscription renewals:
- Subscriptions are not auto-renewed - you must manually renew
- You will receive email reminders before your subscription expires
- After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically
- You can upgrade or renew at any time from your Dashboard
9. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or have a dispute regarding your payment, please contact us at support@sponso.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
