Affilio is an affiliate marketing platform that connects shoppers with curated Amazon products through verified creators. The Service includes:

  • Product discovery and recommendations
  • Creator affiliate program
  • Product tracking and click analytics
  • Commission earning opportunities for approved creators

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Creator Program Terms

For users participating in our creator affiliate program:

  • You must apply and be approved to become a creator
  • All product recommendations must be genuine and honest
  • Commissions are based on Amazon Associates program terms
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts for violations
  • Payouts are subject to minimum threshold requirements

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Affilio is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program. We earn qualifying commissions from purchases made through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay for products.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to manipulate clicks or commissions
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service
  • Circumvent security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Affilio, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by WebRoose Development LLP or its licensors. The Sponso® name and logo are registered trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Product information is sourced from Amazon and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affilio and WebRoose Development LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
